“Becoming Me Again: Why I’m Relaunching This Space”

Hello, and welcome — or welcome back.
It feels both tender and powerful to sit down and write this post, because it’s not just a new chapter on my blog… it’s a new chapter in my life.
In the days and months following my divorce, I found myself standing in unfamiliar territory. I had lost the roles, routines, and relationships that once defined me. My sense of identity — of who I was, what I wanted, and what I stood for — felt clouded, sometimes even out of reach.
But in that space of disorientation, something else began to rise.
Clarity.
Purpose.
Direction.
Not all at once. But slowly, steadily, through reflection, support, and the work I now offer to others.
This blog is returning with a new heart — and a new mission.
Here, I’ll be sharing thoughts, tools, and reflections around identity, clarity, and personal transformation. It’s a place for women (just like I was) who are navigating the in-between — no longer who they were, and not yet who they want to become.
Whether you’re recovering from divorce, a major life transition, or simply a season of change, this space is for you.
You’ll find:
- Personal stories of growth and truth-telling
- Coaching insights on breaking old patterns and rebuilding confidence
- Encouragement for reconnecting with who you really are beneath the roles
- Practical steps to move forward with purpose — even if you don’t have it all figured out yet
Because here’s what I believe:
You don’t have to have all the answers before you begin.
You just need a willingness to meet yourself where you are — and to begin again.
Thank you for being here.
There’s more to come.
With heart,
Louise
