Do you ever find yourself constantly going between these two phrases? Just as you feel you have your life together, the rug is pulled out from under you and you head straight back to old thoughts. It can become an endless rotation of self destruct, versus self love. Sometimes it seems one is always easier than the other.
If ‘You’re Nothing,’ is what you see and hear, then this pattern needs to be broken. To be effective it needs to stay broken, in order that you can set a new pattern of behaviour. Whatever made you feel like this in the first place needs to be addressed and challenged. Of course, this may be easier said than done. Time needs to be taken so that you can distance your thought patterns from the trigger. By breaking these thoughts down into bite size pieces they become easier to deal with. The aim is for the trigger to become smaller and inconsequential.
Remember, you are always enough. Don’t ever let anyone, or anything steal your power and make you feel like you are not worthy. It only takes a second to feel like you have been uprooted if you let it. Keep those roots firmly in the ground and they will become harder and harder to unearth. Hold your ground, keep your power and most of all ‘Believe in Yourself.’
With Love, Louise xx
