In order to be the best version of myself I need to walk my talk .
After a week of taking care of my family after surgeries, it was time for me to step outside. Totally out of my weekly routine I headed to the gym, 12pm instead of 8am. But my body thanked me for it, by rewarding me with the strength I needed to get through my workout.
I realised yesterday how scary it felt being out of my routine and how easy it would be to let everything slide. (Especially after a small 🥴chocolate attack last night! ). But I have refused to slip back into the negative self talk and old habits. I was lucky enough to be able to take the time and now I’m lucky enough to be able to make the time. As I’ve always said we all have the same time, how we use it is up to us.
